The al-Saud propaganda machine has been at work since the late sixties. It is divided into three distinct parts:

1) Propaganda in Saudi Arabia

2) Propaganda in the Arab World

3) Propaganda in the United States and Europe

PROPAGANDA IN SAUDI ARABIA

Under a royal decree signed into law for Printing and Publishing on February 7, 1982 by King Khaled  just before he died mysteriously - See Fahd bin Abdul Aziz for how Khaled died), it is forbidden, without prior permission from the government, to print or publish anything deemed not acceptable by the government.

The law is so restrictive that SNAS, the DHL dealership in Saudi Arabia, owned by none other than Saud bin Naef, has installed large x-ray machines in their distribution centers specially to detect printed materials. Any package containing printed materials is immediately opened and inspected by an army of censors armed with felt pens and scissors.

The law is the basis upon which al-Saud control the media in Saudi Arabia. It has 46 articles and was published for the first time by the Ministry of Information under the title: "The Saudi Media: Evolution and Progress". The complete text of the law translated into English can be found at Printing and Publishing Law

In fact, Salman bin Abdul Aziz, the Governor of Riyadh, a ruthless, unfair Sudeiri, owns the majority of that media and has taken on the responsibility of the propaganda machine in Saudi Arabia. Salman is the Goering of Saudi Arabia.

Just like the days of 1931 until 1945 in Germany under the ugly regime of the Nazis, the media in Saudi Arabia cannot nor will it criticize the King or his family because it is owned by them. Like Nazi Germany, if you dare criticize, you will be ostracized and thrown in jail to rot. Like Nazi Germany, if you publish illegally you will be tortured and then beheaded instead of gased or thrown in an oven while still alive.

Al-Saud claim it is un-Islamic to criticize one's own rulers. It is also un-Islamic to be called a king or to steal or to drink alcohol, everything al-Saud call themselves and do. If it is fair for themselves why is it not fair for the Saudi public at large?

Armed with self instituted laws, al-Saud have embarked on owning or controlling ALL publications in Saudi Arabia without exception. Through these publications, they are able to "brain wash" the public at large and to divert their attention. They have three different agenda they impose:

Dissemination of General Misinformation
Lack of Dissemination of True Information
Overwhelming Exposure of the Deeds of al-Saud

Dissemination of General Misinformation:  This is a well oiled machine that disseminates all the wrong information for the wrong reasons. The subjects cover every aspect of Saudi life including Islam. The best example is the misinformation disseminated about the people behind the bombing of al-Khobar towers in Dammam or the economic information disseminated about the award of military contracts. Everyone knows they are fixed but the media is always attempting to discredit reports of corrupt behavior in contract awards. A Washington based radio station was purchased by the Ibrahim brothers for $18 million in cash just because it refused to publish the usual misinformation. It is today another media organization with no heart and no purpose.

Lack of Dissemination of True Information:  Lying comes naturally to al-Saud using the pretext that the people are stupid and they do not need to know. No true information has ever been published in Saudi Arabia if it met either one of the following criteria: 1) critical of the government, and 2) without prior approval of the government. Almost all true information critical of the government has always been either foreign or written by a group of dissidents. The leading newspapers, radio stations, TV programming all do not tell the truth if it hurts al-Saud. This of course leaves very little room for an intelligent and enthusiastic editor to work with. He is a prisoner of the system and in most situations plays an extended role of a censor working directly for al-Saud.

Overwhelming Exposure of the Deeds of al-Saud  No Saudi owned newspaper, radio station, TV station or other media dares publish its headline news without FIRST mentioning something related to al-Saud. A TV news program is nothing more than a propaganda machine usually the first 15 to 20 minutes parading an endless stream of faces and visits and meetings and travels and conferences and speeches all performed by one of the seniors of al-Saud starting with the king. In Saudi Arabia, people usually listen to the news only 15 minutes after it started because they know that the first 15 minutes are there to demonstrate the great deeds of al-Saud. More and more Saudis are watching foreign programs such as CNN using illegally obtained satellite dishes than ever before. al-Saud do not realize that Saudis understand this kind of propaganda and ignore it totally.

PROPAGANDA IN THE ARAB WORLD

According to Abdul Bari Atwan, the editor of al- Quds, the most widely distributed newspaper published out of London not owned by Salman bin Abdul Aziz, 95% of the media in the Arab world is owned by al-Saud. Just think about this statistic. Saudi Arabia controls media circulation for approximately 220 million Arabs whether directly through direct investment or indirectly through foreign aid to governments that control that media. In the instances when something bad is published about al-Saud in any of this media, immediately their damage control machine springs into action to kill or squash a story, a TV program or any other dissemination of information about their rule.

The distribution of the media controlled by al-Saud all have bases outside Saudi Arabia and some like al-Hayat only publish outside of Saudi Arabia, The three major networks: MBC (owned by Abdul Aziz bin Fahd through al-Ibrahim brothers), ART (owned by Salih Kamel who controls Dallah al-Baraka) and ORBIT (Owned by Prince Abdul Rahman bin Abdul Aziz) all operate outside Saudi Arabia with headquarters in London and Rome.

All of these organizations operate on Arabsat 1 and Arabsat 2 beaming all over the Arab world. Multi-lateral agreements have been signed with friendly countries to allow unencumbered broadcast of the signal to millions of Arabs. The programming is stale and the message is that of brain washing the masses. Unknown to the public at large is the true owners of these channels. Not that it matters to them, but it matters to al-Saud not to show true ownership and true intentions.

The same goes for the printed media and more recently al-Saud large investment ($800,000,000 US Dollars) in a company called WorldSpace, which it intends to beam Arabic radio programming to the masses using a string of satellite orbiting the earth. When the dust settles, al-Saud will control the largest and the biggest media empire in the world ready to propagate their distorted point of view and an Islam that is pretensious, enslaving, and interpreted wrongly.

PROPAGANDA IN THE UNITED STATES AND EUROPE

The Ambassador of Saudi Arabia to the United States, Bandar bin Sultan, spends $80 million a year spreading Saudi propaganda in the US. His mission is to expose and hide: expose the contracts the government signs every year with the US which, in fact, and in their book, amounts to buying the US for a handful of dollars; hide the ugliness of al-Saud regime, the human rights abuses, the abuse of women and foreign workers, the lack of freedom of expression, and, most of all, their corruption and looting of the country's revenues.

Bandar spends $80 million because the family has so much to hide and so much to be ashamed of. Some of the money goes to charm the media with lavish parties and expensive gifts. Some of the money pays for foreign agents to obtain information and keep on top of events in the US. Some goes to buy full page advertisements in the Washington Post and New York Times. Some is publicly disclosed (i.e., foreign agents) and some of it is secret, coming in cash inside a diplomat's suitcase.

That propaganda machine has been placed in high gear to fight this internet site. Millions of dollars will be spent to discredit and denounce this site. Bandar will use conventional means and unconventional means. He will use charm and threats. He will attempt to scare the committee members and pay them off. He will attempt to disunite and conquer. He will do anything to keep this internet site from exposing the rotten family who has successfully stolen Saudi public money while the Saudis and the world were not watching.
