ALERT - March 1998
CACSA has learned that Saudi banks are being
used to launder drug money coming from South America. Powerful al-Saud
Princes are depositing drug money in Saudi banks and sending 50% of the
value abroad as legitimate cash. One of the Princes who is spearheading
this operation is a famous personality whose picture has adorned top US
publications and whose presence in the South American hotel business is
growing.
ALERT - June 1998
CACSA has learned that Bandar bin Sultan has been spending
the majority of his time in Saudi Arabia ever since King Fahd has been
taken out of the governing picture. Sources tell CACSA that there are two
reasons for this: Bandar wants to build a base of support in the Kingdom
with the different tribes and political powers with Mohammad bin Fahd's
help and in return, Mohammad bin Fahd needs him to contain Prince Mutaib
bin Abdullah whose father is the De Facto King today. The animosity
between the Sudeiris and the sons of Abdullah is such that small wars are
waged everyday in the political and commercial arenas of the country to
offset each other's assertion and control. The future belongs to the
children of Abdullah who will assert themselves further and further until
King Fahd dies when they will take control through their father's
networking and his power base build-up.
ALERT - July
1998
Mohammed al-Hayek, a Saudi Shia'a from
Qatif who has been imprisoned without charges, has died from torture
sustained while being interrogated. The body has not been delivered to his
family. CACSA is appalled by the Human Rights abuses systematically and
constantly carried out by the royal family of Saudi Arabia.
ALERT- July 1998
Johara bint Naef, wife of Ayas-scandal-besieged Mohammed bin Fahd,
was the brain behind arresting Ayas' sister in Saudi Arabia to force him
to come back for his sister. Johara takes after her father the Minister of
Interior. She plays God with peoples' lives just like her father does. Read the story of Ayas.
ALERT -
August 1998
On July 14, 1998 Abdul Aziz bin Fahd
visited Clinton at the White House as a "kissing up" call. Abdul
Aziz has learned from his father at a very early age that the future of
the family is as secured as personal relations are cultivated. CACSA
learned that 3 large suitcases of cash came on the same jumbo his tiny
Majesty arrived in. Cash he has pilfered from the national treasury as
Suharto and Marcos have done earlier.
ALERT- August 1998
Bandar bin Sultan has been spending time in Saudi Arabia trying to
politically gain support. While making his rounds, he has ruffled some
feathers along the way so much that some princes are complaining privately
about his efforts at thwarting their power base. Even his father Sultan
has been heard with some unkind words about his illegitimate son.
ALERT- August 1998
The suspected bomber in Africa, Osama bin
Laden, is hiding in Afghanistan amongst the extremist Taliban. King Fahd
and his brothers have been financing the Taliban government for control of
Afghanistan. We know that old Saudi money has, more than likely, financed
the al-Khobar bombing, but could fresh new Saudi money be financing
this new campaign of terror in Africa?
ALERT- August 1998
While the country's economic woes continue as
oil prices go up and down, our beloved King Fahd has placed a freeze on
all government jobs while his little, tiny Azzozi is promoted to a
ministerial position. This is called: "the fairness of the King
towards his people. And to make things even more confusing for Saudis, for
the last six months, there has been a media blitz showing expulsion of
foreign expatriates to be replaced by national Saudis. Who do al-Saud
think they are fooling? This conflicting royal decrees and legal
actions is nothing new to al-Saud who can do a 180 degree turn on any
issue, anytime.
ALERT- August 1998
CACSA has learned that Bandar bin Sultan was
the initiator of the idea to freeze bin Laden's bank accounts overseas. In
a conversation with one of Clinton's National Security Advisors, Bandar
recommended this action to which the US responded positively. President
Clinton signed an Executive Order seeking the freezing of all accounts of
the terrorist bin Laden. What surprises CACSA is that Bandar would think
of a method that one day could be used against al-Saud family. His idea
has set a precedent to be used by future Presidents and Heads of States.
ALERT- August 1998
CACSA has learned that Bandar bin Sultan
called on Madeleine Albright to inform her that the Embassy has no choice
but to issue a press release condeming both terrorist acts and the
reprisals against Sudan by the US. Following that call, the Embassy issued
a statement asking the UN to control retaliatory military strikes against
terrorism. The Saudi public opinion pressures are forcing Sultan to claim
that there are no foreign troops on Saudi territory and Bandar to issue a
statement to ease these pressures.
ALERT- September 1998
Bandar bin Saud bin Abdel Rahman, a 42 year
old ex militray pilot was amongst those who perished on Swissair Flight
111. Bandar was a businessman travelling to Geneva with instructions from
Bandar bin Sultan for his banks. Both knew each other as military
pilots since the early seventies.
ALERT- September 1998
The cash crunch is so severe in Saudi Arabia
that rumors circulating in the Saudi capital include one that claims that
Sultan bin Abdul Aziz is suffering personally from a cash shortage of up
to $2,000,000,000 and that he is unable to meet his obligations of
maintaining his private homes, yachts, etc.. Sultan is calling upon
the merchant families with excess funds to help
the government. He is then using these funds to close the gap in his own
personal life. This has been going on for about a year but the information
has just come out courtesy of these merchant families who do not see how
they can be paid back given the economic situation in Saudi Arabia.
ALERT- September 1998
It is a fact that Prince Al-Waleed bin Talal, the international
tycoon, has been supporting many members of al-Saud, on behalf of the
King, to the tune of $110 million a year. The agreement between al-Saud
and their star family member is to support the fringe members of the
family in need (there are more than six thousand family members) in return
for "Quiet Enjoyment" or "Laissez-Faire" policy. They
do not bother him as long as he is supporting these people with salaries
and annual allowances. This explains their patience with his public
relations machine that has given him a high rather than the typical low
profile they usually opt for.
ALERT- September 1998
Prince Abdullah's trip around the world (US, Europe, and Asia) has
as one of ite aim according to a close source to the prince, is to upset
the pyramid infrastructures that King Fahd has built over the years to
supplement and complement his rule including his personal lifestyle.
Abdullah is making decisions concerning front men,
comission takers, and high embassy officials concerning their stature and
their position as he consolidates his rule and tries to achieve
independence for his ideas from the Fahd era. In the next few months,
Saudi Arabia will start experiencing some head rolling in the middle rank
bureaucracies of the government in an attempt to install rank and file
more closely associated with Abdulla and Abdul Aziz al-Tueijiri.
