When hit by a Dying Will Bullet, Tsuna has an explosion of energy. He will do whatever It takes to "resolve" any regrets or inhibitions that he may have. This form can be rather comical as Tsuna Is often seen ripping off his clothes due to the surge of adrenaline he receives.

When Tsuna is hit by a "Rebuke" Bullet, the limits of his willpower are removed. While his Dying Will form forces his Dying Will Flame out externally, Tsuna's own power Is used to remove the limits of his body internally in this form. The personality Of this form change is the polar opposite of his Dying Will Mode. In Dying Will mode he receives a sudden burst of energy. In Hyper Dying Will Mode, he is much calmer and organized as symbolized by the calmness of his flame.
