Signal Box: Built to the Design 'J' plan  in the book 'Semaphore to CTC'.

Made from Evergreen Styrene plastic strips layered over a base shape made from 2mm perspex (which forms the windows). Yes that's right, each board individually glued on! Roof is made from corrugated cardboard

Station
Station: Unattended small shelter (nicknamed "Dog Boxes") which where once plentiful around New Zealand.  Not many remain now.
Built from NorthEast weather boards glued to a customwood base structure. Roof is corrugated cardboard. One of 4 stations that I built long before I even planned the railway. Two of them are larger and too big to fit on this railway.
Water Vat
Station Shelter
Power Station Hydro Power Station:  This is the only building that permanently lives outside. It was built to provide a waterproof cover for the water pump which circulates water for the waterfall.  The two outflow pipes from the building also spill water.

The building is constructed from 4mm Custom wood and corrugated cardboard for the roof. This is coated with Everdure Marine Sealant to provide a waterproof coat.  The widows and door are 2mm perspex and open so that air can circulate to cool the pump on a hot day.
Water Vat
WaterVat: Basic tank is from 185mm plastic irrigation pipe.  Legs are from old wood cut down on a saw-bench.
Hydro Power Station
huts
Huts and lineside sheds.  Made from various materials, but mostly custom wood. (people give it to me faster that I can build things from it).  The first round-roof hut was built to cover the isolating switches for the yard.  Subsequent huts have been built from 2mm plastic, to a much higher standard.
