To son John all houses, lots, etc. in Wilmington, paying to my son Ephraim 130 pounds and to son Benjamin 5 shillings and interest 100 pounds during life. Also to pay my daughter Edith Sharpless 25 pounds and son Samuel 25 pounds. To sons Joshua and Eli plantation, etc. in Edgemont and Middletown containing, by estimate, 200 acres, they paying 200 pounds to son Ellis, 150 pounds to son Samuel and 50 pounds to daughter Edith Sharpless. To sons Ephraim and John my marsh in New Castle Co. Executors: Sons John and Eli. Wit: Thomas Evans, William Yarnall, James Yarnall.
