Nathan Yarnall, Jr. of Birmingham. Date of will: 1/10/1779; Date of Probate: Dec. 22, 1783.
To wife Phebe all personal estate and all real estate on west side of road leading from the great valley to Wilmington, her heirs and assigns, paying legacies. To brother Ephraim Yarnell 25 pounds. To Brother Benjamin 5 shillings. To brother John 25 pounds. To sister Edith Sharpless 25 pounds. To brother Samuel 25 pounds. To brothers Eli and Joshua 25 pounds each. To Stephen and Benjamin, sons of brother Benjamin 25 pounds at 21. To Jonathan, son of brother Benjamin all my land on east side of said road. 50 pounds for use of Friends School at Concord. Executors: Brother Eli, wife Phebe. Wit: John Yarnall, Michael Shihon, Thomas Speakman.
