Yarnall - Yarnell Court Records

This is a collection of various court records found with reference to Yarnall or Yarnell. They are digests or indices of various records, rather than transcripts of the records themselves, since such would be full of lots of legal wording not of interest to most genealogists. But, of course, if you want to see a document, you can always write to the jurisdiction named for a copy.

$20 Reward for apprehending William OXLEY, an apprentice to the paper-making business, who absconded from my employ on Saturday night the 28th of January; had on when he went away, a drab coloured cloth roundabout and overalls, but I have reason to expect he can change his clothing with assistance from some of his connexions. He is 17 years of age, 5' 8 or 9" high, heavy made, has a down look, and a turbulent disposition; he has had from his infancy a sore head, which raises a scab and breaks out. I will give the above reward and reasonable charges if brought home to me, at the Paper Mill, on the Town Fork, 6 miles from Lexington, Ky., or the reward if confined in any gaol in the United States.
