Mori Kouran is Kurei's adopted father. Not much is known about him other than the fact that he is a powerful and influential person. He wanted eternal life so he wanted to capture Sakoshita Yanagi (because she can heal injuries). He is also the person behind the Ura Buto Satsujin.
