Rasen is a member of the Uruha Jyunshinshuu. The reason I know nothing about him was because he did not appeared in the anime. His madougu is called the Koukaigyoku. Its ability is to erase anything in existence. His voice, emotions as well as his mother was lost when he tried to control it. A girl by the name of Kirin has a madougu called the Shingan, which has the ability to read minds, accompanies him wherever he goes. She helps get his thoughts to others by using her madougu. ^_^
