Do feel free to make minor variations in the gossip you spread, as this is what brings life and variety to rumors in Glantri.
Do not refute anything without solid proof as all rumors in Glantri until proven otherwise.
Do keep an open ear and a keen eye for any juicy bits of gossip about any personality in Glantri.
Do not go looking for such information as you will be branded as a gossip, a rumormonger, and a slanderer. Worse still, such truths are often harmful and deadly, and will probably find those who seek them, with potentially uncomfortable results.
Do remember that Glantrians often use polite euphemisms, such as “dying in a laboratory accident” or “vacationing in Darokin” to subtly suggest at the truth, rather than blatantly spelling out their intended meanings.
Do not put stock in every phrase or euphemism used by Glantrians. That “the nobleman’s valet fell out of his gondola and into an icy canal” could simply mean that the nobleman’s valet fell out of his gondola and into an icy canal.
Do take note of rumors that this noble is undead or that Princess is a polymorphed creature in human form. These are often cautionary tales with some kernel of truth in the core.
Do not begin carrying garlic, holy symbols, or silver weapons based on these rumors, as you will be probably found gullible, superstitious, rude—or dead.
