The season of winter has been compared
to burnout. In winter we
experience cold, dreary weather. We tend to
look at winter as an unwelcome time.
It causes us to remain indoors spending
less time enjoying the beauty around us.
So to with burnout.
It can be a cold and dreary time in
the life of a person. It is not a welcome event.
Burnout is a time of personal struggle
causing the person to spend less time
enjoying their life.
