This has been a collaborative effort by Allison,

Elizabeth, Patricia and Paula. The idea for

this website grew from a project we have been

working on at our workplace. We have been

experiencing the seasons of change in nursing

practice. A website discussing the issues and

struggles we have encountered along the way may

benefit other nurses who are feeling the stress and

strain of the changes in the healthcare system.
