All the above people can be contacted via the halls office, which is situated on Level 3, Edward Salvesen Hall, (next to the laundry).
If You Have A Problem
The house office, which is on the 3rd level of Edward Salvesen Hall, is manned 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. For most problems concerned with the day to day running of the hall, this should be your first port of call.
If the matter is of a more personal nature the two wardens both run several surgery hours (for up to date information on these, please click here), when they will be available to listen to your concerns one to one.
In an emergency, you should either, go straight to the office, where whoever is on duty will contact the relevent persons or services for you, call the university security services on 6666 or, if the incident warrants it, call the emergency services directly on 999.
