ingredients

2 eggs
4 egg yolks
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
1/4 cup whipping cream
1 tbs. cornmeal
1 tbs. all-purpose flour
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp grated lemon rind
1 unbaked 9-inch pastry shell


directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat eggs, egg yolks, at high speed of an electric mixer until thick and lemon-colored. Gradually add and cream, beating for 1 minute. Stir in cornmeal, flour, lemon juice, and lemon . Pour into pastry shell; bake for 40 to 45 minutes, or until set. Cool to room before cutting.
