ingredients

2 cups sugar
1 cup oil
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
2 small jars apricot baby food
2 cups flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 to 1 cup chopped pecans


directions

Cream together: sugar, oil and vanilla. Add eggs, one at a time. Add baby food. Add sifted dry ingredients of: flour, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking soda. Add pecan.

Bake in a greased and floured tube pan at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Dust with confectioners sugar.
