The GURPS World of Darkness books are a mixed bunch. On one hand, they are trying to be as true to the original source material as possible. On the other, they try to turn everything into GURPS-ese. And sometimes the two clash.
Several of the rules in VtM simply were not translated very well, and so I've changed them in my New Rules section.
