Delete removes vertices while maintaining valid polygonal geometry in a polyset.
Important!
Using Delete > Del active on active vertices can reduce polygons to having one or two vertices, which is not considered to be valid geometry. The
Delete
tools will not remove a vertex if removing it will result in degenerate polygons (one- or two- vertex polygons).
How to Use
To use a Delete tool, select it from the Polygon Edit > Delete palette, or click its icon.
