Xiaoling and Zhengzhong go to Waiting Bar to have a drink while Zhenzhen and Tianyou talk for a long time. Zhenzhen tells Tianyou that she is willing to become a vampire to accompany her love one but what matters is whether it is Tianyou or Yamamoto Katsuo who turns her into a vampire. Tianyou manages to control himself and tells Zhenzhen that if he bites her, it will mean that he is afraid of loneliness and Zhenzhen will also go and bite Jiajia and her friends as they will also age and die. Tianyou and Xiaoling have to pass through 3 rounds before getting the 13 Chronicles at Di Xin Tomb. The first round is guarded by Master Peacock but since he has been defeated by them before, he does not see the need to have a duel with them again. The second round is guarded by White Lotus. They have to use their souls as bets and Xiaoling loses when she bets with him. 60% of her soul is sucked by White Lotus. Tianyou bets with White Lotus and by using tricks, he succeeds in winning back Xiaoling's soul and defeats White Lotus. His trick is to make White Lotus tense by calling him Red Lotus, Yellow Lotus, Blue Lotus and Purple Lotus. He also uses powers (speed) to light a cigarette and drink red wine without White Lotus's notice.

Tianyou sees a door in front of him and enters. He goes in and sees Xiaoling in there, waiting for him. He discovers he bleeds when he cuts himself. He suspects that something is wrong and has a strong feeling that he should not be here and has something to do but he cannot remember what it is. Xiaoling cries when she sees that Tianyou does not want to be with her. He tells her that he will really want to stay with her forever but he has something urgent waiting for him to complete and he leaves. Xiaoling sees all what has happened through a hole in a rock and Master Peacock explains to her that this is the third hurdle - Love Illusion.
