LPA DISTRICT 3 OFFICERS:
District Director - Keith Connolley
Keith H. Connolley's first contact with LPA was the National Conference in Baltimore, MD in 1968. He was a senior in high school. At that time he met so many wonderful people that he knew he wanted to be a part of this organization. Over the years Keith has attended many meetings and conferences, and in 2001 he helped to start the local chapter - Ches-Del Bays Chapter which he became first president of the chapter. In 2005 Keith ran for Assistant District Director. He has now moved up to District 3 Director and would like to bring the various chapters closer together.
