Christmas Projects at SBCS

Thank You to my Uncle Clem

THIS is my Uncle Clem who helps me every year with our Christmas projects for school. He is a former high school wood shop teacher, a father to 13 children and Grandpa to 28 Grandkids. Here he is in his woodshop at home. He has cut wood for different projectds for me for 15 years, and for school for the last 7 years. THANK YOU UNCLE CLEM FOR ALL YOU DO FOR ME AND OUR ART PROGRAM AT SBCS.

At Christmas time, I have over the years had each grade level create certain art projects for the Christmas season. They include Christmas trees for Kindergarteners, Gingerbread people in 1st Grade, Christmas Angels in 3rd Grade, Christmas Doves in 4th and Frosty the Snowman in 5th Grade. Last year in 6th we created a "Baby Jesus" in a little gift box. These are fun crazy times at school and I hope the parents and kids can treasure their creations for years to come.
