Ed Miller was born in Southern California in 1956. In 1974 he moved to the San Joaquin Valley; some years later, he took a Master’s degree in English from California State University, Fresno. His fiction has appeared in many small magazines, including Steam Ticket, Dispatch, The Wisconsin Review; he's also the author of Pushcart-nominee The Whole Enchilada, a chapbook of poetry. He resides in Fresno with his wife Sharon, and makes his living in civil service.
