Vladimir Brightsun, Prince of Tachin
This Crown Prince of nearly obliterated Tachin is widely known for his sense of truth and justice, despite the virtual destruction of his homeland. His remaining holdings lay on the border of what is now the Drachenfels. He has recently allied himself with Ligurian League to obtain a measure of protection for his hard-beset people.
