Tachin, the Empty Lands

Tachin, a vast part of the ancient Ligurian Empire that ruled most of the world from the fabled Empyrean Throne, is now fragmented and in ruins. It is a land rife with humanoids and other dangers, and scattered with human and demi-human settlements, its glories fading into the mists of time.

Though Tachin is gone, destroyed over time by natural forces and humanoids, some folk remain who consider themselves to be of this land and no other.  The most noteworthy of these is Prince Vladimir Brightsun, though the Prince has lately allied himself with the Ligurian League to protect his people.  Most would consider his lands part of the Drachenfels now, but for the stout hearts of this resolute prince and his people.
