Getting tough! - Oh man, it's really getting tough as this semester gets to the end! I need to work my butt off every single day for the rest of this semester. Well, the good this is I'll be heading back to Japan after the first session of the summer semester!!! It's gonna be for the first time in this 2 years. I cannot wait to go back to Japan and do..... 8 More Weeks... - Since the very short spring break has gone , I have 8 more weeks to go this spring semester. Only 8 weeks, though still 8 more weeks... There is a lot to do during this coming 8 weeks. School works just drive me nuts or make me crazy... Hopefully, I can go through this semester and end up with any problem. The thing I wanna say is "JUST GIVE ME A BREAK!!!" Oooops, it's enough to complain. Well, what a shitty homepage this is!!! No change for more than a month!? Ha ha ha, fuuuuu... Make-up Class - I had a make-up class tonight to catch up the delay caused by the snow. 6:00 pm on Friday evening, nobody was walking around the campus except my classmates, which was a kind of cool. Finally, I've done this week's class, and I'm ready to have my weekend. BUT, because of the paper due and presentation, which are both on this coming Monday, I'll be studying all through this weekend unfortunately. Life in Charlotte is getting a bit harder, though I need to go through it. Peace --- out. (2/11/2000)

Heavy Snow - Wow, it's been snowing heavily outside since this morning. All classes after 4:00 pm were cancelled and it's been announced that UNC Charlotte is gonna be closed tomorrow. Today, I was supposed to have first "Markeitng Management" class, though it was cancelled. The first day of this semester started from Wednesday, thus I didn't have Monday class. Last week's class was also cancelled because it was the memorial day of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. And today... I guess we're gonna have make-up class to catch up with the planned schdule. We've got to push ourselves a little bit harder than usual... This semester is very slow starting. Pease --- out. (1/24/2000)

AOL - Time Warner Deal - A mega-deal has been anounced to the world that America Online and Time Warner will merge. When I first heard this news on TV, I thought Time Warner is going to merge America Online. But the truth was opposite --- the acquisition of media giant Time Warner by Internet giant America Online. This is mainly because America Online has a market capital of $164 billion, whereas, Time Warner has (only) $83 billion (calculated by share price at the time of annoucement times number of shares outstanding). This is a good example of "Share price gives companies to get things done." America Online has 20 million customers but doesn't have good contents. On the other hand, Time Warner has broad cable network but doesn't have many customers as it initially expected in "Road Runner" operation. As a result of this mega-deal, AT&T might start seeking an alliance with Disney sooner or later... I realy feel the world is definitely changing. Peace. (1/18/2000)

A Piece of Shit??? - Wow, I haven't updated my homepage for more than a month... My excuse goes this way: I've been so busy working on my project and haven't had enough time to update my homepage... This page is definitely heading to be called "a piece of shit" Hold on just a second (HAYAMARUNA!!!)!!! Once I get my winter break, I'm gonna work on this homepage (a big "hopefully"). I only have five more days left this semester, though, I have so many project dues. I have three paper dues, one presentation and two final tests in this coming five days... Fall Break - We all UNCC students have fall break from today!!! It's only four days, though, I'm so happy to have chance to cool off both mentally and physically. As the first day of this fall break, I went out to have Japanese food with Hiroe-san and Daisuke. Hiroe-san, thank you very much for taking care of everything. Daisuke, we gotta go to range to have practice. We are not ready to go to real golf course...(10/09/1999)

Happy Birthday - So-chan!!! - Happy, happy, happy birthday, So-chan!!! Yesterday was my friend's birthday, whose name is SO ONODERA (So-chan). The First Test - I gotta take the first test up coming this Thursday, though I'm not ready to take it at all. I still have another 4 days to polish off what I've learned. The week after Tuesday I gotta take another test and after that I have one paper due.... It's really getting harder and harder lately. (9/20/1999)

Hurricane - The biggest huricane, ever seen before, is approaching to Carolina coast as well as Charlotte. Hurricane "Floyd" had weakened to a Category 2 hurricane ( I don't know what this Category 2 means...), though it seems to cause lots of damages to the east coast. Hopefully, it's gonna disapear soon. Stay away from windows!!! (9/16/1999)
