The Kabalikat Civicom in Negros are active in the Search and Rescue Operation and save the casualties of the M/V Asia South Korean Ferry which sank in Bantayan Cebu on December 1999 and the first communication group to report about the incident. Rescued the victims of flood in Northern, Central and Southern Negros caused by the typhoon. Participated in civic activities in different towns and cities in Negros . Assist the government and to the Philippine National Police in maintaining peace and order. Quick sesponse to vehicular accidents particular in Northern and Southern Negros.
