Writing these comparisons is becoming increasingly pointless, because of so many episode in a row that have almost no basis whatsoever in the plot of the manga. Rather than rambling about the parts of this episode that I enjoyed despite them having no basis in the manga (and don't get me wrong, there were plenty), I'll keep this relatively short and to the point: I can't think of anything significant in this episode that had its basis in the manga or anime.
