Ikuko is Usagi's mother. She seems to be quite young and trendy, but also stern when she needs to be (in act 2 she makes Usagi goes to a juku, cram school, because her grades are so bad). Also she's TOTALLY INSANE. In act 3 I started to wonder what the hell she's on.
