2-3 Chicken Breasts, sliced into strips
2 Medium Onions, chopped
2 Peppers (1 green,1 red) chopped
Fajita Seasoning
1 - 2 tsp chopped Red Chillies
Olive Oil
Pack of 8 Flour Tortillas
Juice of 1 lime
Guacomole, Sour Cream, Salsa, to serve
Set oven to a medium heat. Heat oil, stir-fry chicken, add seasoning to coat chicken.
Add chillies, onions and peppers.
Stir-fry until chicken is cooked and veg soft.
Place chicken in an oven-proof dish, and place in oven.This gives the chicken and veg a slightly charred flavour.
Wrap tortillas in foil and heat in oven with the chicken.
Serve chicken wrapped in tortillas with guacomole, etc. |
