Since 1990 I have lived in the village of Exminster which is just outside Exeter in Devon.

Interestingly, Exeter has one of the longest and most distinguished histories of any of the cities of Britain - a Roman legionary fortress and regional capital, a Saxon town and medieval cathedral city.
