| 3-22-03 still no luck . Not a bite.Water temp around 40 (= or - 2 degrees) in this pond. Need sunshine and a warm spring rain I think to bring them out |
| 4-1-03...Three nibbles! in a pond.very light nibbles. Probably blue gill. but first bit of action this year. must be getting close! |
| 4-4-2003 friday afternon 3:30 Worthington ohio area... moments before rain....BASS ACTION!....16" BASS. FAT ONE TOO!...very very light on the bite, bit three times then swallowed... moved off very....very... slowly! good action after hook up though. |

| 4-5-2003 early morning got really cold last night but still had fish on!! bass on the line! One keeper. one smallone and one big one that got away.. looked 3-4lbs. |

| 5-4-03- Fished a new pond in ohio power- fishin partner caught 21 + " BASS( 5lb+) + A couple 3 pounders. cant fish it from land must have very light boat to carry to pond....see photos! |
| 7-13-03 Ohio Power secret fishing spot! early am caught 2 20"+ BASS! water clear, air above water slight mist, using rubber worms strike on the drop just as it hits the bottom. 12 foot of water. wish I had a photo! |

| 9-9-03 Galena Ohio. Feeder to Hoover. BIG Small Mouth Bass Caught good three maybe four pounder!!!!around 19/20"and released on 2 Piece Rapallo...had to get him interested first... tried a couple of luhrs before this one, had to drag thru water 5 times before he would hit the rapallo..caught other species this day also on rubber worm ..see photo |
| 10-4-03 Indian lake- cold morning here.low 40's or less...early before morning (5am-6:30am)watching for schools of bait fish in marina areas...huge bass waiting below in depths. did not see any big schools. skunked! |

| 3-27-04 columbus ohio-local park pond- no bites, not sure of surface water temp |
| 4-22-04 Antrim park columbus ohio- trout pond lake caught 12" on rubber worm lots of bites from the trout. pull worm across surface with jerk then let drop. gets hit immediatley!other trout fisherman using slip bobbers with small hook and small minnows...looked like that was working pretty good also |

| 3-24-05 Urban Fisherman report - Central Ohio - bass fishing season begins this weekend, still very cold, do not antiicipate getting bites till 1st or 2nd week of april but I will know more this weekend. will be trying smalley and large mouth. see what goes...more to come! |
