About Us

Established in 1989, Göreme Restaurant is owned and operated by one of the original tourism families in Cappadocia. 

The Serinsu family’s contributions to tourism in Göreme include the following:

• Goreme Pansion - the fırst pansion (guesthouse) in thhe area, est 1967.  

• Göreme Ranch - the first horse ranch in the area.  

• Santana Bar

In 1992 Göreme Restaurant was the first in Cappadocia to begin the tradition of the now-famous Desti (Testi) Kebap - meat and vegetables cooked in a clay pot that is broken at the table to serve. 

We have also become known and recommended for not only good food but also warm ambience. 

We are one of the only restaurants in Göreme to have traditional low tables and cushions, perfect for you to enjoy our nightly live music from.
