REFEREEING
A Ref is a idependant 3rd Party who watches a battle between you and another Character. You may Red your own battles if both parties agree, or a battle which only involves yourself and not another Player Character.

You need a Ref to make sure the battles are fair and there is no cheating,

REFEREEING

Battles can take ages if the ref you have isn't in the same time zone as you that's why it's a good idea to learn how to ref yourself.

Firstly you should read the Basic Battling Section, if you haven't, I suggest you do that now.

Ok remember what the first stats were:

EXEAT
PL: 50 000
Health: 100 000
KI: 450

GOKU
PL: 60 000
Health 120 000
KI: 450

Now you should know what it all means:
-PL = Power Level - the main thing you need to work out damage.
-Health = Players Health - If it's 0 or less you will be knocked out.

Now remember how we showed you that first basic attacks:

I attack by doing 2 kamehameha's
(2 actions) and then running up to him and punching and kicking him 4 times (2 actions), I then do another 4 kamehameha's (4 actions) and then finish him off with 4 more kicks to the head (2 actions).

Add up all the Kamehameha's you should come to a total of 6, a kamehameha is called a KI attack and does the most damage. Now add up the PA (Physical attacks), you should come to a total of 8. It does the least damage. To work out the damage, follow the table below:

How to work out the attacks damage.
KI = Devide the attackers power level by 10.
(eg. PL = 60 000 - does 6 000 damage.)
PA = Devide the attackers power level by 100
(eg, PL = 60 000 - does 600 damage.)
* Then times the new PL by the no of those attacks/actions you did.

Now if they do 2 KI attacks just double the damage.
So if they did 2 Kamehameha's and the character had a PL of 20 000, the Kamehameha's would do 4 000 damage.
Then you take away the damage done from the health and you will get the remaining health.
Then there's 1 more thing, the PL ALSO goes down as well as the health, so if the attacker did 20 000 damage, you half it and you would get 10 000, so then take 10 000 off their PL!  However the most the PL of a Character can go down to in 1,000.  That means that a Character can never have a PL of less then 1,000.

BUT WAIT! "What's the coin toss for?"

Simple you toss the coin and if you get a heads, the person hits and they do damage for all their attacks. If tails bad news, your attacks miss and do no damage, it's said all the attacks were either blocked or missed.  So it is possible for all the fighters to hit, or miss.  In that case it is a stalemate and niether of them do damage, or both of them do damage.  So it is possible for both of you to die at the same time.  In which case the battle is a draw!

Remeber that even if you miss you still lose the KI from the attacks you said you did.  Basically you fired but missed.  You don't magically get your energy back.

Now to post the reply with the damage done.
The Ref will now post a message like this:

HEADS - Goku hits!
TAILS - Exeat misses

EXEAT
PL: 29 600
(Half the damage done lowers PL: To a min 1,000 PL)
Health: 59 200
(lets just say Goku did 40,800 damage)
KI: 420
(Minus the 3 KI attackes used)

GOKU
PL: 60 000
Health 120 000
KI: 390
(Minus the 50 KI used to do the 5 Kamehamehas)

You aren't finished with refereeing yet so click "forward" to learn the most important part. Using KI.
