Welcome To

Fantasy Frogs

Our Site For Frogs, Geckos, Orchids, Iris and Daylilies.

This site is still in its infancy and no where near complete, visit sporadically over the next couple of months to watch for changes.

The journey that we can take you through contains exotic Herps and Orchids  from all over the world, our collection of Iris and Daylilies, as well  as the research that we conduct as graduate students at the University of Guelph.

As this site develops we will show you members of our own collection of Herps and Plants.  As far as the husbandry of these plants and animals goes, mostly we will link to other peoples pages who we feel have written exceptional husbandry articles.  Not that we can't write our own, but if someone out there already has it published then we feel credit should be directed toward them.  If however we have taken care of something in a different way than what we have found on the web, then we will give you a description of what our own captive conditions are.

The links page is a collection of sites which we visit often, they span several different areas of interests.  Also contained there are sources for our plants and animals, some of these places do not have web sites so an address and phone number is given.

Well, Take a  look around!

Our Frog pages - Come and see our collection of frogs, from colourful Poison frogs, to comical Whites Tree Frogs.

Our Gecko pages -  From Banana Geckos, to Skunk Geckos, this is a wonderful group of animals, with wicked toe pads and totally unreal pupils.

Our Turtle and Tortoise pages - We have a small collection of Box Turtles and some Tortoises.

Our Orchid Pages - Not Quite finished yet.

Our Daylily Pages - One of my favorite perennials, with so many shapes, colours and sizes to choose from, they bring a much needed splash of colour late in the season when most of the other perennials have long ago finished blooming.

Our Iris Pages - Some of the most regal plants that you can add to your garden.

Links - Not only a list of interesting sites but also a list of the people that we get our own plants and animals from.

Let me know if I can be of help,

Craig
