9.00am. ASSEMBLY OF GOD. Kawana Waters.
1. Number of people: Approx: 80 - 150. 2. Number of chairs: Approx: 100- 200 in 1998 with plans to double building.
**3. Type of person: ex-Toronto blessing seekers. A big movement swept through there in the min 1990's and influences them still. 4. Socio-Economic Status: Low to Medium. 5. Amount of kids: Many. 6. **10. Any other interesting information: This church had Current Affair exposure in about 1998 for "Toronto blessing" manifestations. Ps Stott from the USA shared the stipend and for some 6- 18 months this "mini-revival" continued until Ps Stott left to tour across the world being quite popular in Indonesia. More traditional members of the AOG "waned" in their belief of this movement. However, there were reports of many miracles of healing and peoples lives were often dramatically changed, bearing much more fruit generally.

(Ps Peter Barr was the Pastor and now heads a literacy and training program at this AOG church as of March 2003.) 15. Feeling of building: About 5-10yo.
*16. Estimate style of belief: Pentecostal. Their background in 1998 is the Toronto Blessing however some traditional AOG people there didn't like it in the long term.

9.30am and 6pm CHRISTIAN OUTREACH CENTRE Beckmans Rd and Eumundi Rd. Noosa.
1. Number of people: Approx: 350 at 9.30am and 150 at 6pm. (Church quoted approx 400) 2. Number of chairs: Approx: 400 (Church quoted 400.)
3. Type of person: Extraverted by nature. 4. Socio-Economic Status: Lower. 5. Amount of kids: Many. 6. Ages of people: 0-60yo. 7. 50% are men. 8. Weekly offering published: -. 9. Lateness of people getting to church: -.
**10. Any other interesting information: There are only a couple of COC's that do really well and this is one of them.

9.30am. KINGS CHRISTIAN CENTRE. ASSEMBLEY OF GOD. Ps Steve Penny.
**1. Number of people: Approx: 400. (Church quote 1000 for all three congregations. Ps Steve Penny goes by helicopter from Caloundra to Buderim and then to Noosa.) 2. Number of chairs: Approx: -.
*3. Type of person: Buderim is the heart of all the growth on the Sunshine Coast, it's a new, large, rich area.

*10. Any other interesting information: In 1998 they moved into a Water slide park slightly in the country side. Jo and Mal Petrovic (ex COC) from Toowoomba had a motel opposite. 11. Time there AND date of visit: 1998 Some 12 visits. Times of services checked March 2003. 12. Length of service: Allow 1.5- 2hrs.

He was the original Pastor of the 2nd biggest AOG in Brisbane, Liberty AOG. In between he had a prophecy school etc..

9.30am 6.30pm CITY LIFE BAPTIST (formerly Caloundra Baptist) Cnr of Caloundra Rd and Nicklin Way.
1. Number of people: Approx: 300 for 9.30am and 120 for 6.30pm. 2. Number of chairs: Approx 400.

*10. Any other interesting information: Some of these parishioners went to the Kawana Waters AOG meetings including one teacher who's child ended up on "Current Affair" for "being unable to stop laughing during a math's class".

9am GOOD LIFE COMMUNITY BAPTIST. 100 BUDERIM PINES DRIVE. Buderim.

2. NUMBER OF CHAIRS: 800. (It's a basketball stadium.) (They own the building debt free "through a little miracle that happened.")

***10. Any other interesting information: At a church picnic / social sports day I met a business man who dealt in mobile phone shops. He was the owner of the Christian paid TV channel on Optus TV.

14. Preacher: Benny Tann. (Doug Drinnan was the former Pastor for many years.)
15. Feeling of building: Were at Immanuel Lutheran College for awhile where it was an excellent vibe, then Mountain Creek High School.)
***In this church they really followed closely the book of Acts and much personal giving to each other were involved. For example, 5 individuals gave 5 cars for free to 5 needy individuals.)
