| LEXI - approx. 4 - 4.5 yr. old female. Lexi came to stay with me for a few weeks before she found her forever home. She is a sweet quiet dog that had been living on a farm prior to coming to rescue. Someone had dumped her out at the farm and the owner of the farm kept her for about 2 years. Over that period of time Lexi was hit by a car twice and after the second time the owner's daughter called rescue and got her into the program. |

| CAESAR - Caesar came to be my foster dog because he needs a total hip replacement and his owners could not afford to do it or to do the after care. Caesar is a sweet 1 year old boy that just loves people and attention. Caesar will be with me for several months to recover from his surgery before he will be ready to go up for adoption. He's smart, sweet and an overall nice dog. |

| LEDA AND HER LITTLE SURPRISES. Leda was turned into a shelter that was told she had recently had a litter of pups. I picked her up and boarded her at my vets waiting to get her spayed. Four days later Leda surprised us all by delivering a pup at the vets office. I picked her up and brought her home where thank goodness she only had one more pup. Alf and Ralph appear to be dane pups. Both are now 9 weeks old and weigh 24 pounds. Alf is a spitting image of his mother and Ralph is a blue fawn with blue eyes. |
