Marcross is mostly rocky but an interesting beach for the children. There are fossils to be found if you look carefully.
It is also a popular fishing beach. There is car parking (about 1.50) payable on entry to car park, which is on top of the cliffs. Take care when children are leaving the car! From here it is a short walk to the lighthouse at Nash Point.
There are toilet facilities and refreshments.
Beach access not suitable for disabled.
Please keep children away from the foot of the cliffs, owing to rockfalls.
