Confederation of Chess for the Americas

The Continental meeting will be held during the Bled FIDE Congress in a date to be announced there, with the following

Agenda

1.-President Report

2.-Statutes

3.-2003 Events

a).-Pan American Youth Festival. The Colombian Federation will organize the Festival.

b).-Pan American Juniors/Girls Championship. Bids are requested.

c).-Continental Absolute. The Argentina Federation has the first option.

d).-Ladies championship. Bids are requested.

e).-Continental Team Championship. Bids are requested.

f).-Continental Rapid championship. Bids are requested.

g).-Continental Amateur Championship. Bids are requested.

h).-Central America and Caribbean Juniors/Girls. Bids are requested.

i).-Others events

j).- An Arbiters Seminars will be organized at Merida, Mexico, during the G.M. Carlos Torre Memorial, December 15-22, 2002.

k).- The Continental Board meeting shall be held in Mexico, during the 2003 International Open Championship, Eastern.
