BLUES LINKS

The following are Blues related links that I have enjoyed visiting.  They are grouped into a "General" Blues category, and a "Performers" category.  I hope you can find the time to check out each and every link - there is just way too much neat stuff out there to pass by!!  These links will be updated on a regular (I hope) basis, so check back often, and don't forget to hit the reload or refresh button on your browser.

John Lee Hooker - One of the BEST, gritty, well seasoned, and still kickin' at 80+

Colin James - Hometown was here in Regina, a talented guitar man/singer

Dan Silljer - Remember this name, it's gonna be BIG (another hometown boy)

Howlin' Wolf - a true legend and pioneer of the Blues as we know it

Jimi Hendrix - What can I say, departed WAY before his time

Stevie Ray Vaughan - Another unfortunate early departure

Sue Foley - A Canadian Blues gal, great singer, great guitar player (I got to meet her once)

Buckwheat Zydeco - The perfect Bar-B-Q music, bluesy/cajunny/zydeco - perfect

Tab Benoit - Great feel for the Blues, great guitar player

Ray Charles - One of the true masters of the craft

Buddy Guy - A fine guitar player, with lotsa feel for the Blues

Jeff Healey - Feel this!!!  A very unique style

Omar and the Howlers - The down and gritty Blues

ZZ Top - I like their older stuff (the pre-Eliminator days), VERY bluesy

Johnny Winter - Wine, Women, and Song

BB King - another living legend

These are just some of the performers and cool Blues related links I've found while surfin' the net.  I plan to update these links as I find the good quality sites, and my limited time permits.  This ought to be enough to keep ya busy for a while anyway.
