MISSION

            The total educational effort of the school in both the degree and non-degree curricular programs should be geared to the pursuit of a better quality of life for the families and communities of Camarines Norte in particular and the Bicol Region in general.

VISION

            Mabini College should be an instrument for the attainment of social, moral and sustainable economic development of Camarines Norte.
