The Mabini College
shall be a citadel to developmental learning, like a Beacon-light
ever-inspiring the urging the Camarines Norte Youth to forge ahead
towards a high level of achievement because it:
-
Loves and adores
indigenous Filipino Culture;
-
Affords
students
apostles and disciples with humane and liberal principles of
democracy by which their interaction in the school and in the
community are guided;
-
Strengthens the
physical and moral fibers of the Camarines Norte Youth for good
citizenship to help them become cooperative and productive members of
society.
-
Develops
intellectual independence and interdependence in a free democratic
society; and;
-
Functions as an
agent of change in National, Regional and Local scheme of our
social order.
The Mabini College
is inspired by the living thoughts of moral virtues and intense
nationalism of the founder Miguel R. Ibana. This is supplemented by
the Apolinario Mabini's internalized Filipino values. The college
aims to produce Filipino citizens who:
-
Posses character above reproach;
-
Are proficient in
the native language, Filipino and English;
-
Think straight
ahead with clear ideas about their Country, its culture and its
place in the family of nations.
-
Contribute to the
growth of human knowledge through scientific researches and/or
their meaningful applications;
-
Understand a man
as a Filipino in his ultimate and total commitment to the whole of
his world of reality; and
-
Are vocationally
professionally trained to attain their potentialities as leader
and/or followers.
It further aims to
nurture and produce dynamic leader with vision and faith, initiative
and passion for service who look forward to the lofty goal of building
the Filipino Nation.
