Joel has always been the perfect kid. Good grades, good looking, recponsible, and respects his parents. What more could parents want? So they trust Joel to behave himself when they go away for the week.
His friend, Miles wants him to loosen up and have a good time though. Most of all Miles wants him to get a girlfriend. To be funny he calls up a postatute and tells her that Joel wants a good time. So "Jackie" comes over that night and Joel finds out that she's really a he crossdresser. Of course Joel turns him down but has to pay him $75 anyways. Jackie tells Joel to call his friends Lana so later that night Joel becomes curious and has Lana over.
Lana tells Joel that she owes him $300 so he goes to bank to go cash a bond. While he's gone she steels Joel's mother's prized crystal egg. When Joel gets back home he discovers the egg is missing and immediatly goes after Lana. When he finds her she hops into his car and tells him to drive because she has a man after her with a gun to the window.
The man, who's name is Guido, is Lana's manager and she owes him a bunch of money and clothes. So they go off on high speed car chase with Guido in Joel's father's Porche. When Guido later comes to Joel's house Lana is still there with her friend, Vicki. Vicki and Lana tell Guido that Joel is their new manager.
Vicki and Lana come up with a get-rich-quick scheme to have a big party where Lana would "introduce" some of her friends to Joel's friends. This doesn't sound like a good idea to Joel until he runs the Porche into Lake Michigan and is desperate for money. It's risky business, but hey someone has to do it.
