is the chief executive of
the entire educational
institu- tion and is
delegated with the final
authority and
responsibility for its
operation in the light of
the MAPSA philosophy,
rnission and specific
objectives of the
institution. |

| DIRECTOR'S
FUNCTIONS |
| |
- provides
effective and stimulating
leadership to the staff,
the personnel and the
students
- directs
the academic and
administrative operations
of the school and
promotes policies in
consonance with the
school's and MAPSA's
vision/mission statement
- leads in
the interpretation to the
different sectors of the
school community, the
vision/mission of the
school and sees to the
effective implementation
of policies approved by
the B0T
- leads in
the formulation of a
long-ranged development
plan for the institution
- exerts
efforts in maintaining
the financial viability
of the institution and
explores resources for
development programs
- directs
the preparation of the
school's annual -budget
and presents the same to
the BOT for approval
- reports to
the BOT the current
budget performance of the
school
- renders an
adequate annual
performance audit of all
school personnel both
teaching and non-teaching
- monitors
the observance of due
process, fairness,
prompt- ness, privacy,
constructiveness and
consistency in the
discipline of school
personnel
- sees to
the effective maintenance
of the school's data bank
- performs
other duties as shall be
vested on him by the BOT

| a. As
chaplain of the school,
he |

sets
and maintains the
spiritual tone of the
school based on its
vision and mission |

directs
religious education of
the students and
undertakers the
furthering of that for
the faculty by: |
| |

2.a. |
approving
and following up the
religion course of study
by conducting periodic
consultation with
religion teachers and
classroom visitations: |
| |
|
2.b. |
initiating
religious activities in
the school community in
coordination with the
Principal: |
| |
|
2.c. |
providing
regular spiritual
development program for
the employees; and |
| |
|
2.d. |
making
himself available for
individual or group
spiritual guidance of
students and employees. |

He is head of the campus
ministry. |
