Recommends
activities for the development of
the instructional program of the
area. |

Presides over
periodic meetings of the subject
area teachers and shares with
them teaching techniques and
approaches |

Observes classes
to appraise the quality of
instruction and student
performance |
| |
|
Checks and
approves test questions for
periodical examinations. |

Reviews grade
computations. (For high school
only) |
| |
|
Recommends
teacher's placement or
subject assignment |

Confers with the
Principal regularly on: |

performance
of teachers and the general
condition of instruction in his
