Style Taijiquan including detailed discussions of how to do the postures (240 drawings)
and the applications (a similar number of drawings). Two chapters with drawings on push

This Xingyi videotape (Volume 1) presents Santishi,
the Five Elements, the Five Elements Linking form and the two man set for the Five
Elements. There are applications for the Five Elements that give an idea of how the
internal CMA can be used. The tape is about 75 minutes in length and is narrated in
English. An added feature of the tape is a few minutes of Wang Peisheng showing some Push
Hands, Yin and Cheng Style Bagua Zhang, Xingyi Quan, Wu Style Taiji Quan, Jian, Dao, and
Spear. Other members of Master Wang's Beijing group also appear very briefly showing
Tongbei, Push Hands, etc. This is the same footage as on the Zhang's Jian tape.
The tape is shot (outdoors) and edited by trained (and experienced) non-professionals
using professional equipment. The tape is shot from two different camera angles and uses
slow motion to present some of the material. The tape is professionally duplicated. The
format is NTSC (only).

This videotape presents the 32 postures Jian
(straight double-edge sword) form that is synthesized from the Wu style long jian form
under Wang Peisheng's supervision. Basic handling of the jian, exercises and the 32
movements are presented. Applications against jian, dao and spear are demonstrated to give
an idea of � how the jian can be used. The tape is about 75 minutes in length and is
