Similar to Border 1, the branch follows a diagonal path through the centre of the stick. As the alignment of both elements separate, the round exterior surface of the branch come away from the square form, which has the ghosted outline of red veneer. Small remnants from earlier side shoots are seen originating from the branch's centre.
