Reflection Note

Our group had a very reluctant situation at the beginning of the presentation that is the virtual class room didn't seem to work at all. The slide posted by team member couldn't see by all paticipants. After carefully analyzed with various aspects, we found that part of this problem came from inexperienced members which some of us almost never tried the virtual class room before the actual presentation. Part of the problem also came from technological problem of the virtual class room itself where it is proved to have delay and some issues when used by many people simultaneously.

After almost 15 minutes of the problems, everything were ready to go. Our plan is to give each member around 9 mins for presentation and other 3 mins for question.
However, what we had planed and what happened in the real situation was totally different. Members who presented in the first half the the workshop used more time than we have planed, some memebers even used twice of the time. This gave situation that members who were going to present at the second half will have to cut down their part or rush in order to stay in time limit. As a result, presentation for the second half was given in a very rush manner.

Since each member was rushing to finish their part in limited of time, some members posted bulky text and didn't wait for response from the audience. As a result we received quite few feedbacks and participations from them. However, this also due to the characteristic of the topic itself that is hard to follow and not many students have background about it. This was proved to be true where the topic such as examples of VW and the issues of VW received more attention than other topics.

At the end, our group finished the presentation late by around 10 mins, overall we were satisfied with the presentation.
