Vienna Community Leaders
Community leaders were the "Good Samaritans" of GeoCities, seeking out the best sites in the neighborhood, providing a helping hand to new and established homesteaders, and participating in many projects and contests. If you have some time, understand what's going on in GeoCities, and like to volunteer, consider becoming a community leader. It's all ad hoc right now, but hopefully others will volunteer to help rebuild our community.

Who's Your Leader?
Before February 2000, GeoCities was divided into Suburbs within Neighborhoods. Many of those suburbs still survive in the neighborhoods, and it was with these "hoods and burbs" that many CLs were organized. If you had a suburb address and want to see if you had an assigned CL, or if you just want to see the old list of Vienna leaders, click the link.

Multi-lingual Help
At old Geocities if you preferred to ask your questions in a language other than English, we had several leaders who spoke other languages. Check here to see who they were.

If you have won the Vienna Award and your site is extraordinary, it could be a candidate for our highest neighborhood award, the Vienna Vanguard Award.
