About the Chef

Born, raised, and educated in the south of China, Ken became interested in the culinary arts at an early age when traveling to France every year with his family. Arriving in Vermont almost 20 years ago, Ken gained invaluable knowledge and experience working at several of Stowe’s finest restaurants including Villa Tragara and Mes Amis before opening his Private Chef and Catering company in 2003. Kens restaurant, The Town is known for amazing food, exceptionally friendly and professional service as well as a reliable and sincere approach to all their clients catering needs. Ken continues to grow as a chef, endlessly inspired and excited by worldly travels as well as the constant beauty and incredible bounty that he finds here at home.
