Disadvantages
1. Undesirable Sharing - Viruses are easily spread over network and the Internet.

2. Data Security Concerns - Critical data at risk, exposing it to the potential problems associated with hackers, unauthorized access and sabotage.

3. Illegal or Undesirable - Typical problem include the abuse of company resourses, distractions that reduce productivity, the downloading of illegal or illicit material and even software piracy.

4. Network Hardware, Software and Setup - Setting up a network requires an investment in hardware, software of network.
