The election of Chapter Officers was held last March 21, 2001 at the Bandanas Barbecue and Grille, in Parañaque.  The new sets of Officers are as follows: President - Agerico M. Pagaduan; Vice President for Programs and Development - Ma. Susanna Abello-Gozos; Vice President for Operation - Dennis R. Espiritu; Secretary - Wayne Matthew J. Jaro; Treasurer - Romeo B. Iturralde; Auditor - Gregorio H. Aragon and P.R.O. - Vivian R. Turingan.

In April 7, 2001, this new set of Officers, accompanied by the incumbent Chapter President Jing J. Legaspi, held the Annual Planning Session at a private resort in Miramonte, Los Baños, Laguna.

Attendees arrived at the venue at around 7:30 A.M.  Breakfast was then prepared and served before the session started at 8:30 A.M.

First half of the agenda included the review and evaluation of the programs for the past 2-year term under the incumbent administration and orientation of the duties and responsibilities of each officer.  During the evaluation of the past program, long-range projects have been identified in order that the new administration may continue such projects.

Second half of the agenda was presided by incoming VP for Operations, Arch. Dennis Espiritu.  Highlight of the meeting was the proposal for activities and projects for the UAP fiscal year, which starts on July 1, 2001 and ends June 30, 2002.  In a Systematic Analysis of issues and concerns, these dynamic Officers headed by Arch. Pagaduan have geared their programs to address such concerns.  Arch. Sue Abello-Gozos shall prepare the details, schedule and present the final program.

There will be an exciting change on the Chapter's Program that members should watch out for.  The Planning Session ended at 2:30 P.M. leaving very little time to enjoy the pool, but everyone went home satisfied with the turnout.  The success of the Planning Session ensures already half the battle won!  Congratulations!
